More Group is that of a manager of his own business unit.  The PMR is tasked to call on the country’s top doctors and most respected medical consultants – in reputable community and private clinics and in highly regarded medical centers within his assigned area of responsibility – to promote top quality pharmaceutical products (manufactured by leading pharmaceutical laboratories in Australia, South Korea and the Philippines) which are among the most prescribed by doctors nationwide.  POLYNERV – 500 TABLET, a flagship product of the S.V. A Challenging Line of Work
The position is a field-based assignment which preoccupies the professional in the competitive dynamism of pharmaceutical marketing.
After completing our Basic Professional Education and Training Program handled by our very own Marketing and Technical Services Office and Medical Consultants Group, a PMR is readily set for higher corporate positions by subjecting him to advanced training modules and management seminars.
Both our Basic Professional Education and Training Program and our Continuing Education Programs equip a PMR with knowledge and skills to face competition from medical reps of other companies also doing business in our target clinics and hospitals.

 

Challenging assignments are available in Metro Manila as well as in key cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Corporate Counsel
The Corporate Counsel assists the Corporate Counsel Supervisor and/or Corporate Counsel Manager and/or Director for Legal Affairs in providing analysis and advice on legal and policy issues and keeps the Company compliant by anticipating and helping to circumvent problems.
Requirements:
a. Bachelors of Law Degree in good standing; Preferably an Accountancy Graduate (pre-law), Licensed to Practice Law.
b. Exemplary drafting skills.
c. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
d. Ability to collaborate and function well in a team environment.
e. With above average or excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in writing of reports.
f. Can relate to all levels in the organization.
g. Must have good interpersonal skills.
h. Knows legal procedures and legal documents/correspondence; Must have knowledge of applicable laws, jurisprudence and other regulations issued by the government
i. Can conduct legal researches and presentation by gathering and analyzing research data
j. Highly organized, analytical, keen to details; can work on a wide range of legal matters
k. Result oriented and can work under pressure.
l. Ability to manage people and outside counsel.
m. Able to work with minimal supervision.
n. Ability to collaborate and function well in a team environment.
Finance and Accounting Supervisor
The Finance and Accounting Supervisor provides financial information to management by preparing and analyzing accounting data and reports.
Qualifications:
a. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
b. Must have obtained an above general weighted average (GWA) of his/her overall scholastic standing
c. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience:
a. With minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the area of financial statement preparation and reporting, budgeting, payroll and general accounting
b. Preferably with experience in supervision and management of a group of people
Skills:
a. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
b. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
c. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
d. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
a. Oversee operation of the Accounting Department which includes cashiering, payroll, disbursements and general accounting
b. Prompt submission of financial reports such as Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cash Analysis and other reports requested by the Subsidiary Head
c. Prompt payment of monthly, quarterly and annual internal revenue taxes and corresponding reportorial requirements
d. Preparation of working papers for internal and external audit.
e. Immediate reporting of violations and findings/non-compliance with company policies and procedures especially those concerning Finance and Accounting
f. Semestral submission of subordinates' performance evaluation
g. Determine causes of increase or decrease in cash and profitability
h. Attends seminars conducted by BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig
i. Work tends to be office-based, with working hours often extending beyond the regular eight to five at peak times, such as at the end of the financial year.
